TPE casting and embossing Bomo unit landed in Dalian

It lasted for three months. With the efforts of the colleagues in the design department and production department of Nanjing Sumino Precision Industry Co., Ltd., they lived up to expectations and completed the R&D, design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning of the TPE cast embossed film production line within the construction period. Let us review the whole project with all my colleagues.

Installation

Compared with the casting machine on the market, this machine realizes the innovation of one machine with multiple functions. This machine is a multi-functional cast film equipment, which combines the production of cast mirror film. It is widely used in the packaging field. It also has the function of film embossing for manufacturing glove film and other products. The whole machine adopts PLC automatic monitoring, display and control, double-station automatic non-stop roll change.

Inspection.

The whole machine runs well, the discharge is stable, the temperature control is appropriate, and the product winding is orderly. Under the supervision of the customer and our technicians at the same time, the two parties inspect the final product, press the film precisely, with high transparency, excellent uniformity, and the film surface is neat and clean; Embossed film, thickness and width, overall elasticity meets the standard, clear embossing texture.
